Every condition that matters, detected wirelessly.

Temperature, humidity, and open/closed state, reported wirelessly over LoRaWAN — no wiring, no on-site gateway, no compromise. Two AA batteries power it for up to ten years, so once it’s placed, it’s done. An integrated I2C bus extends what it can see: we’ve already paired it with natural gas and CO2 sensors, and built it to take on whatever comes next.

The controller behind the equipment.

Three relays, two digital inputs, an analog output, and integrated thermistors — unified in a single wireless controller. The RecessD PLC is engineered to interface with HVAC systems, fire systems, and nearly any piece of building equipment, giving every device on the network a single, reliable point of control.

Continuous monitoring for water intrusion in mechanical rooms, kitchens, and other high-risk areas — an alert reaches your team the moment a leak begins, long before it becomes a repair bill.

Natural gas detection

Dedicated gas sensors, integrated over the same wireless network as every other device, watch continuously for unsafe concentrations and notify staff immediately — a safety layer with nothing separate to install or maintain.

Thermostats with overnight setback

Every thermostat on the network follows a schedule, not a memory. Temperatures pull back automatically after hours and recover before opening, cutting HVAC runtime without anyone touching a dial.

Lighting control synced to sunrise and sunset

RecessD dimmers give every fixture real control over lighting level, not just on and off — brightening, dimming, and switching signage automatically as the solar calendar shifts, within minutes of actual sunrise and sunset, every day, with no manual schedule to maintain.

Presence detection (mmWave radar)

mmWave radar integration senses whether a space is occupied, not just whether a switch was flipped — so lighting, HVAC, and equipment respond to real occupancy, and rooms only run when someone is actually in them.
